Criteria Form

The following table describes the operation of non-standard fields where appropriate.
Field | Description |

Week Ending | This date field defines the week to be reported on. |
Highlight Where Cust Per SP > Target by > x? Hours | This numeric entry field defines which report cells to highlight where the customer per sales person is greater than the target by the number of hours entered. If the number of customers that will be served by a single sales person in a given time slot exceeds the number entered in this field, the report will highlight the cell in red. |
Analyze This Many Weeks Data | This numeric entry field defines the historic number of weeks the report will use to calculate estimated transactions. The report will analyse the nominated number of weeks up to and including the Week Ending date entered. |
To Week Ending | This date field is used in conjunction with Analyze This Many Weeks Data to define the historic weeks the report will use to calculate estimated transactions. |
Calc Statistics Using | This drop-down field determines whether report values are calculated using actual transaction in the or estimated transaction calculated from the historic value applied against the sales target for the period. |

Hours Per Day Cover Exceeds Target | These columns contain the information where hours per day cover exceeds target. If a day exceeds the target, the corresponding cell will highlight in an orange colour. |
